10 sessions available for clients that attend twice a week: 

 10 sessions (50 minutes each): $600  

 (for clients attending 2 times per week)


Olympic  Lifting & Weight Training sessions

30 minutes - $50 per session 

DUET Sessions

$75  ($37.50 per client) 

Zoom  Coaching or Chi Sessions 

60 minutes $125

Massage & Sports Injury Therapy 

 60 minutes  $125

10 session package only available  if you attend more than one session per week expires  12 weeks after purchase.
